Exhibit Sales Policies
• Anvil Graphics will collect a 50% deposit on all tradeshow exhibit orders.
• Displays will only be ordered with a signed confirmation of all essential booth elements. Confirmation letters or contracts may be written by Anvil Graphics or Laarhoven Design.
• You will be responsible for all shipping charges, special request fees, appropriate taxes, rush charges, etc.
• Payment will be due at time of delivery. Drop shipments to third locations may require payment of all charges in advance.
• We reserve the right to invoice graphics (and any associated charges) separately from the display itself.
